1.  Arrive at church 15 minutes before mass is ready to begin.

2.  Get dressed, always looking in the mirror to make sure you alb fits appropriately.

3.  One of you will take the Cross, and the other will carry a worship aid. Proceed to the Gathering Space to join all the ministers for prayer before the Liturgy begins.

4.  Walk up slowly, remember to begin when we start singing, (not when the music begins). Remember to leave 2 pews between each server when processing up. When you reach the front of the church, move all the way down to the left until Father is facing the altar with you.

5.  When Father bows, you bow and then put the cross away and proceed to your seat.

When Father says, "Let us pray," you will go over to him and hold his book for the opening prayer.

6.  After the readings, Father's homily and the Prayers of the Faithful, the ushers will come forward to take up the collection. At that time, you will begin to set the table for Eucharist. You will need to take Father's book, water cruet, chalice and wine glasses to the table.  DO NOT REACH ACROSS THE TABLE WITH THE GIFTS THAT ARE PRESENTED.  The "Book of Life" gets placed on the table nearest the altar candles.

7.  After receiving the gifts, you will wait at the table until Father pours water into the wine when he is finished he will give you the water cruet back, take the water cruet back to the Credence Table.. You then will go to the Credence Table and take the dish, water cruet and the towel and proceed back to Father and help him wash his hands. Once Father is finished you may return to your seats. If the wine decanter is empty, Father will hand it to you then you will put it on the Credence Table.

8.  After the handshake of peace you will take the bread plates from the Credence Table and place them on the Table near the Book of Life.

9.  After you receive communion, you will remain standing and continue to sing throughout communion time. When everyone has finished receiving you will clear the table. Anything that is on the table must be removed and then the candles can be put out.

10.  When the last verse of the song is being sung, Father will begin to leave his chair. At this time you will go and get the cross and meet him in the center aisle. When Father bows you will also bow.
