May God bless all of you! PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE OF YOUR BAY AREA CATHOLIC SCHOOLS All parents, parishioners and staff are invited to a meeting to offer input regarding the future of Catholic school education in Bay City. While we have had many successes, we are currently facing some true challenges, just as our public counterparts are in the area of finances and enrollment. Importantly, you will have a hand to help in brainstorming and prioritizing our next steps to address the challenges in all areas, and specifically in the areas of enrollment and finance. Results from a recent parent survey and a brief presentation on the progress that has been made on our current 5 year strategic plan will be given. Two meetings will take place in St. Patrick Hall (the lower level of the church) at St. Mary Parish on Sunday, on March 14, from 2:00 - 3:30 pm and on Thursday, March 18 from 6:30 - 8:00 pm. The content of the meetings will be the same so you will only need to attend one or the other. Whether you have children in BACS or not, these are your schools. Please consider attending. |
